<h1>SEE &nbsp;INVITATION &nbsp;BELOW ! ! !</h1> <h1>The District 4 State Qualifying speech tournament will be held on Friday, February 12 at Union H.S. in Camas, WA.&nbsp; Script check starts at 11 a.m. &nbsp;All interps (DI, Duo, HI, and IR) must have a copy of the Washington State Forensics Association Interpretation Coversheet&nbsp;and photocopies of all the title pages, copyright pages, and pages used in the program. &nbsp;These will be sent to our WSFA president after this tournament. &nbsp;Competition starts at noon.&nbsp; Snacks will be provided for students. &nbsp;</h1> <h1>The Public Forum State Qualifying debate tournament will be at Ridgefield H.S. on Tuesday, February 16. &nbsp;Our goal is to get the first round off at 3:15. &nbsp; &nbsp;We <strong>will</strong> provide dinner for the competitors. &nbsp;Please note that this competition is run similarly to an NSDA&nbsp;qualifying tournament:&nbsp;two losses and the team is eliminated. &nbsp;Coaches and judges are expected to remain in the judging pool for one&nbsp;round after their last team is eliminated. &nbsp;</h1> <h1>The L/D and Congressional Debate portion of our tournament will be held at Ridgefield H.S. on February 18. &nbsp;Scheduled start time is&nbsp;3:15,&nbsp;and&nbsp;dinner will be&nbsp;around 6:00. &nbsp;The same logistics will be used with L/D that we used on Tuesday. &nbsp;We will run two sessions of Congress before announcing our state qualifiers. &nbsp;&nbsp;</h1> <p>&nbsp;</p>
