<p>The Speech Teams at El Paso Community College and Arizona State University would like to cordially invite you to the Sun Carnival Swing, hosted in beautiful El Paso Texas! The tournament will offer two full IE tournaments as well as a full NPDA tournament. EPCC will host the Friday NPDA Parli Tournament as well as the first day of the Swing, with Arizona State hosting (at EPCC) on day 2. The entire tournament will take place at our Valle Verde Campus centrally located in El Paso. We hope you join us for beautiful weather, great competition, and incredible hospitality!</p>
