<p>Elementary Tournament! &nbsp;3rd through 5th grade!</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>The Roosevelt Elementary Invitational - December 4th, 2014</strong></p> <p>7 events:</p> <p>Storytelling - 5 min max, no min</p> <p>Expos - 6 min max, no min</p> <p>Poetry - 5 min max, no min</p> <p>Duo - 6 min max, no min</p> <p>Impromptu - 6 min time bank (2 prep, 4 talk)</p> <p>PF - All 4 minute speeches become 3 minute speeches. &nbsp;Otherwise, times unchanged. &nbsp;1 minute shared prep before rebuttal,&nbsp;summary, and final focuses speeches. &nbsp;(3 minutes prep total, at designated spots in the round.) &nbsp;Coin flip for sides, but AFF always goes first. &nbsp;TOPIC: &nbsp;Public subsidies for PAO&#39;s - the first PF topic of the year.</p> <p>SPAR - All things 2 minutes, except Final Focus speeches - 1 min. &nbsp;AC NX NC AX (2 min shared prep)&nbsp;AR&nbsp;NR&nbsp;XF AF NF</p> <p>Fees: &nbsp;10 bucks per 1 person entry. &nbsp;15 bucks per two person entry.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>More information to follow.</p>
