<p><strong>Billings Senior, Skyview and West High Schools would like to invite you to the Billings Olympiad Speech and Debate Invitational to be held on December 16th and 17th, 2016.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Some information you may find useful:</strong></p>

<p>All events will be held at Billings Senior High School, 425 Grand Ave. </p>
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Registration is due Wednesday, December 7th. Adds, drops, and changes will be accepted until 4 p.m. on December 14th. Tournament registration will be limited to 42 with no more than 4 in any event. JV teams are welcome, but no event may have more than 4 entries from a given team. Speech competitors may double enter. Please register online at Forensicstournament.net</p>

<p>Topics for debate are available on the MHSA site – <a href=\"http://www.mhsa.org\">www.mhsa.org</a>. </p>

<p>There will be a $5.00 fee assessed to all registered students. </p>

<p>Avoid drop fees! Email me your changes. An additional $5.00 will be charged for all drops received after WEDNESDAY, December 14th at 4pm. It would be greatly appreciated if you could call all drops in before you board your bus – 406-256-5139, Sonia Davis.</p>

<p>You will get your bill during the tournament. Please look at it and inform Sonia Davis if you have concerns/questions. There will be no on-site registration. You will receive your registration via email on Thursday from Steve Macartney. Please check it carefully and notify Sonia immediately of any changes. It is your responsibility to print copies of maps and such for your team and to print your registration with codes.</p>

<p>Students will be allowed to enter Senior High School after 3PM. The bus should drop you off on Grand Avenue and then park in the back parking lot. A schedule of events is included.</p>
</li>

<p>Concessions will be available in the concession stand near the Main Gym. </p>
</li>
</ul>

<p>All events will be conducted according to the AA rules in the MHSA Handbook. The tournament/building director or his/her appointed representative will make all final decisions.</p>

<p>Awards Assembly is scheduled for 6:00 PM on Saturday at the Senior High School Gym. Medals will be given to the first, second and third place winners in each event. Certificates will be given to all finalists. Sweepstakes trophies for first place in “AA” category, first place in the “A- B-C” category will be awarded.</p>
