<p>This is the open entry form for the WVIFA 2017 State Tournament.</p> <p>Entries must be received by Tuesday, February 21st at 5:00pm EST. In addition to entries submitted here, you are also required to submit an offical form signed by your institution&#39;s Office of the Registrar verifying the enrollment status of students when you arrive to register at the tournament.</p> <p>The fee page is only an estimate -- it cannot calculate uncovered IE slots. You&nbsp;will be provided an official invoice at registration.</p> <p>Also, please remember that students can only enter one type of debate and cannot enter both Extemp and Broadcasting.</p>
