<p><img alt=\"Description: Macintosh HD:Users:jopatric:Desktop:california-flag-graphic.png\" src=\"file://localhost/Users/TomMiller/Library/Caches/TemporaryItems/msoclip/0clip_image002.png\" style=\"height:74px; width:164px\" /></p> <p>The California Cup</p> <p>4 Titles, 3 Tournaments, 1 Weekend, All BP Debate</p> <p>March 27-29</p> <p><span style=\"line-height:1.6em\">Dear Colleagues:</span></p> <p><span style=\"line-height:1.6em\">We are pleased to invite you to participate in the California Cup Swing Tournament, to take place March 27, 2015 - March 29, 2015. The California Cup is a three-day, three site competition and will be hosted by Claremont McKenna College, Loyola Marymount, and UCLA, respectively. The first tournament will be Friday, March 27th at Claremont McKenna College. On Saturday, March 28th, Loyola Marymount will host, followed by UCLA on March 29th. Each tournament will have four preliminary debates and a final round. Teams that participate in at least two tournaments will be eligible for the overall California Cup sweepstakes award. There will be California Cup Awards in both Open and Novice division.</span></p> <p><span style=\"line-height:1.6em\">Competition</span></p> <p>All rounds will be debated in the British Parliamentary style with Worlds-standard seven minute speaking times. This will be an excellent opportunity for teams to prepare for the USU National Championship.
