<p>The OCHS tournament will be held on Saturday, March 1st, 2014. The Invitation is now posted, and the tournament is accepting entries. The bill calculator Excel spreadsheet will be uploaded and available soon. I've included Bill and Resolution Word templates for download to make formatting conggressional legislation easy.
