Our Supercongress will feature a two-part scenario on the general topic of Arab Spring and the US economy. The actual "emergency" will be revealed on Saturday morning at the beginning of Session 1.

We will have two POs for Supercongress, one per session. We will use 30-second open questioning and will reset recency for Session 2 of the Supercongress.

All judges: Remember that disclosure is expected.  Please award speaker points from 25-30, using .5 point increments. 

LD judges:  Before the tournament, please post your paradigm on the ndca judge wiki at: http://judgephilosophies.wikispaces.com/.  Before you give your RFD each round, please text the following information to 425.341.FLOW (425.341.3569): Room #. Aff code: Aff points. Neg code: Neg points. Decision. 

Example: E404.  Bainbridge AB: 30. Mercer Island SA: 28.  AFF. 

 

Due to our numbers, we will break to quarterfinals in LD and semis in PF.  Policy debate will have a true round robin tournament for six rounds.  There will be no outrounds in policy.  The team with the most ballots will win.
