<p>Welcome to the District One Novice Tournament.</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Before registering, &nbsp;look over the attached registration flier.&nbsp; There are several points that I would like to highlight:</p> <p>1.&nbsp; We will have 3 rounds of all forms of debate, and two rounds of Pattern A and Pattern B IE&#39;s.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Students may double enter in both IE patterns.</p> <p>2.&nbsp; All memorized events&nbsp; may be performed with a script at the Novice Tournament.&nbsp; Judges preference, however, should be&nbsp; with thoses pieces that are memorized.</p> <p>3.&nbsp; District One schools&nbsp; should add $25 to their bill for the Annual District One&nbsp; Membership Fee.</p> <p>4.&nbsp; One judge covers 2 debate teams and 6 IE enteries.&nbsp;Remember to enter the judge in both the Debate judging pool and the IE judging pool.</p> <p>5.&nbsp; Register on Forensictournament.net by Thursday October 15th.</p> <p>i look forward to seeing you at the Novice Tournament,</p> <p>Steve Helman</p> <p>Kamiak High School Debate</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
