<p>This is the CBSR League State Qualifying tournament for Student Congress. Every school that has paid both its CBSR dues<strong> and</strong> its CHSSA dues as of Jan. 15, 2015 may participate. Schools are limited to 12 entries, seeded, plus 1 PO entry. After the students names have been entered into the system, each coach must email a seeded list of their entries to the tournament director by <strong>Jan. 29</strong>. Any team who fails to submit a list runs the risk of having their students randomly seeded throughout the tournament. No exceptions will be made for late lists!</p>
